Open an application

Open Applications in the menu and click a name. You can also open it from the Applications tab of a job offer or of a CV page.

The top of the page

The person’s photo, name and job title.

Next to it, “3 of 14” says where this application is among the applications to the same job offer. Click the arrows to open the previous or the next candidate.

On the right:

The facts under the name

  • Stage: the stage of the application. Click it to move it.
  • Job offer: the job offer. Click it to open it in a new tab.
  • Applied on: how long ago they applied. It turns orange when the application is still at Applied after two weeks: the candidate is waiting for an answer.
  • Rating: the average of your team’s ratings, out of 5. Click it to open the Ratings tab.
  • Labels: your team’s labels for this person.

The tabs

Application

First, the candidate at a glance: e-mail address and phone, nationality, gender, date of birth, whether they can move, travel or work remotely, and their links. A value they didn’t give reads Not set.

Then the file they sent, shown on the page: the CV, or the Motivation letter when you choose it. Use Download or Full screen at the top of the file.

Then their answers to the questions of the job offer, and their CV: presentation, skills, languages, experience, education and more. The last line says when they applied and when the application last changed.

The other tabs

A tab shows a number when it has something in it.

Common questions

Why don't I see the Tasks or Documents tab?

They need their own permissions: Tasks and Documents. See Who can see and change applications.

Why is there no CV on the page?

The candidate sent no file. The job offer may not ask for one: see Choose what candidates send with their application.
