Business owner
The Business owner can see every application and do everything with them.
Member
A Member needs permissions, which the Business owner gives in Settings, Members.
- To see the applications, open them and export the list: Applications set to Read.
- To move applications, add labels, invite or add people to a job offer, schedule interviews, rate, comment, write private notes and delete applications: Applications set to Write. This also lets them change the Recruiting pipeline and the Message templates in Settings.
- To see the Tasks and Documents tabs of an application: Tasks and Documents set to Read. To change them: Write.
- To see e-mail addresses and phone numbers: Contact information set to Read.
With Applications set to Read only, a Member sees the application page but can’t change anything: there is no Move to, and no forms to rate or comment.
Without the Applications permission, Applications is not in their menu.
Private notes
A private note is seen only by the person who wrote it, whatever their role.
Candidates
A candidate sees only their own applications, without your ratings, comments, notes or labels. See What candidates see of their applications.
Common questions
Who gets an e-mail when someone applies?
The followers of the job offer. Without followers, the Business owner and every Member with Applications set to Write.
Can a Member without Contact information still e-mail a candidate?
Yes. The e-mails sent when an application moves go to the candidate’s address, even if the Member sees *** instead of it.
