Open Documents in the menu of your Skileo space. The list shows the documents your employer shared with you, and the ones you added.

To see only one kind, click Show filters and choose Shared with me or Created by me in Documents.

Click a document’s title to open it. You see its file or its link, its type and its description. Click Download to save the file.

You get an e-mail when a document is shared with you.

Your employer can ask you to confirm that you read a document. It then shows To confirm in your list.

  1. Open the document.
  2. Click Open it and read it.
  3. Click I have read it.

Your employer sees the date you confirmed. They can also see when you opened the document.

Add your own document

  1. Open Documents and click Add new.
  2. Drop a file, or click Add a link instead to add a link.
  3. Check the Title.
  4. Turn on Share the document with employer if your employer should see it.
  5. Click Save.

With the switch off, only you can see the document. When you turn it on, your employer gets an e-mail.

Change or delete your documents

Open a document you added and change it, then click Save. To delete it, click the actions button (⋮) at the end of its line in the list and choose Delete.

The documents your employer shared with you can only be read. You can’t change or delete them.
