Move an application to another stage

From the application page

1. Open the application.
2. Click Move to at the top and choose the stage. You can also click the Stage under the name.
3. The Change Status panel opens. Fill in what it asks, then click Change Status.

From the list

1. Click the actions button (⋮) at the end of the application’s line and choose Change application status.
2. Choose the stage in Assign application to stage.
3. Click Change Status.

Move several applications at once

1. In the List view, tick the box in front of each application.
2. Click Move to at the top of the list.
3. Choose the stage and click Change Status.

On the board

1. At the top of Applications, click Board.
2. Drag the card to the column of the new stage.

On a phone or with the keyboard, click the actions button (⋮) on the card and choose Move to.

The card moves at once, and a message offers Undo if you made a mistake. When the new stage asks for details, the Change Status panel opens first.

The Disqualified column is at the end and folded. Click Show to open it, or drop a card on it as it is. Each column shows 20 cards: click Show more at the bottom to see more.

What the panel asks

• When the stage has message templates: whether to e-mail the candidate. See E-mail a candidate when you move their application.
• For the Hired stage: the hiring date, the end of the evaluation period and the salary. See Hire a candidate.
• For any other stage: nothing. The application just moves.
