See one stage
In the List view, a band above the table has a tab for each stage, with the number of applications in it. Click a stage to see only its applications. Click the first tab to see them all again.
A stage with no applications doesn’t show in the band.
In the Board view, each stage is a column.
Search by name
Click Search and type part of the person’s first or last name. Capital letters, accents, hyphens and apostrophes don’t matter.
Filter by job offer, skills or labels
- Click Show filters at the top. Three filters show: Job offers, Skills and Labels.
- Click a filter and tick one or more items.
To clear a filter, open it again and untick the items.
To see the applications of one job offer, you can also open the job offer and click Open in Applications in its Applications tab.
Show everyone with a label
Click a label in the Labels column. The list keeps only the applications of people with this label.
Sort the list and choose the columns
Click a column title to sort the list by it. Click again to reverse the order.
Click Customize columns at the top of the list to hide or show Skills and Labels.
Export the applications
- Search or filter the applications, if you want only some of them.
- Click Export at the top right.
- Tick the columns to export and click Confirm.
You get a CSV file with every application that matches your search and filters, not only the ones on the page.
Common questions
The numbers on the stages don't change when I filter. Why?
The band counts all the applications of your workspace in each stage. On the board, each column counts the applications that match your filters.
Can I search by job title or skill?
The search finds names only. To find people by skill, use the Skills filter.
