What candidates see of their applications
Candidates see their applications grouped by stage, with the job offer, what they sent and their interviews. They never see your ratings, notes or labels.

Where candidates find their applications
A candidate signs in to Skileo with the account they got when they applied, or when you invited them. In their menu, Applications lists their applications to your job offers.
Grouped by stage
At the top, their applications are grouped into six stages: Applied, Interview, Qualified, Disqualified, Offer and Hired. Each group shows how many applications it holds.
When you move an application, it moves to the matching group for the candidate too. A candidate whose application is at Disqualified sees it under Disqualified, even if you sent no e-mail.
If you renamed your stages, the candidate still sees these six names.
One application
When they open an application, the candidate sees three tabs:
- Job offer: the job offer as it was published, with the link to its public page.
- My Application: the files, links and answers they sent.
- Interviews: the interviews planned with them: date, time, length and place.
What candidates never see
- Your ratings, comments and private notes.
- Your labels.
- The Internal comments of an interview.
- Your other candidates, and your CV database.
The tasks and documents you give them on the application show in their own Tasks and Documents.
Common questions
A candidate can't find their application. Why?
The job offer is no longer active. The candidate’s list shows only the applications to active job offers, although the number on each stage still counts them all.
Can a candidate withdraw their application?
No. They can write to you with Messages, and you can move or delete the application.
Can a candidate change what they sent?
No. They can update their CV in My Resume, but the files and answers of an application stay as they were sent.
