Open the application form

  1. Open Job offers in the menu.
  2. Click Add new for a new job offer, or open a job offer and click Edit.
  3. Go to the Application form section.

Ask for files

Under Additional files to attach, turn on:

  • Require CV: candidates can’t apply without a CV. They attach a file or give a link to it.
  • Require cover letter: candidates can’t apply without a cover letter file.

With both switches off, candidates can apply with their name and e-mail address only.

Under Additional required social links, turn on each profile you want to see: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble or GitHub. The application form then asks for a link to each of them, and candidates can’t apply without these links.

Ask your own questions

  1. Under Additional questions for the candidate, click Add a question.
  2. Type the question, on one line.
  3. Add as many questions as you need.

To change the order, drag a question by its handle. To remove one, click its bin. An empty question is not saved.

Click Save changes or Create job offer at the bottom of the form.

Where you see what candidates sent

On the application page, in the Application tab: the CV or cover letter shown on the page, the links and the answers to your questions. See What an application page shows.

On the job offer page, the Application form block sums up what you ask for. Click Show questions to read the questions.

Common questions

Can I change the questions after people have applied?

Yes. If you reword a question, the answers already given stay, under the new wording. If you remove a question, the answers already given to it no longer show. New candidates answer the questions as they are now.

Must candidates answer every question?

No. The form shows a field for each question, but a candidate can send it without answering.
