Offer a job to someone in your CV database

Two ways to offer a job

• Invite to position: the person gets an e-mail with your message and a link to the job offer. They decide whether to apply.
• Assign to position: you add the person to the job offer yourself. They get an application at the Applied stage. Nobody gets an e-mail.

Invite a person by e-mail

1. Open CV database in the menu.
2. Click the actions button (⋮) at the end of the person’s line and choose Invite to position.
3. Choose the Job offer. The Subject and the Message fill in with a ready-made invitation and the link to the job offer.
4. Change the message if you want, then click Send.

In the message, [candidate_name] is replaced by each person’s name. To rewrite the message, click Write with AI in the message field. See Write with AI.

Invite several people at once

1. Tick the box in front of each person.
2. Click Offer a position at the top of the list.
3. Choose the job offer, check the message and click Send.

Each person gets their own e-mail, with their own name.

Add a person to a job offer without an e-mail

1. Click the actions button (⋮) at the end of the person’s line and choose Assign to position.
2. Choose the Job offer and click Assign.

The person now has an application to this job offer. Follow it in Applications, like any other.
