Who can see and change contacts
The Business owner can do everything with contacts. A Member needs the Contacts permission. Without the Contact information permission, contact persons' e-mail and phone are hidden.

The Business owner can see every contact and do everything with them.

A Member needs permissions, which the Business owner gives in Settings, Members.
- To see the list of contacts: Contacts set to Read.
- To add, change, import and delete contacts: Contacts set to Write. This also shows the plus button that adds a contact from a quote or an invoice.
- To see the e-mail and the phone of contact persons: Contact information set to Read. Without it, they show as
***.
Without the Contacts permission, Contacts is not in their menu. A button they may not use doesn’t show.
Contacts on quotes and invoices
A Member who works on quotes or invoices can choose a contact on them without the Contacts permission. The contact’s details fill in the quote or the invoice as usual.
Common questions
Do my clients see their contact details in Skileo?
No. Contacts have no access to Skileo. They only see the quotes and invoices you send them.
Can a Member restore a deleted contact?
Yes, with Contacts set to Write. See Restore a deleted item.
