Who can see and change job offers
The Business owner can do everything with job offers. A Member needs the Job offers permission. Candidates only see the public page of active job offers.

Business owner
The Business owner can see every job offer and do everything with them.
Member
A Member needs permissions, which the Business owner gives in Settings, Members.
- To see the job offers, open their pages and export the list: Job offers set to Read.
- To create, change, activate, copy and delete job offers: Job offers set to Write.
- To see the stage of each application on a job offer page: Applications set to Read.
Without the Job offers permission, Job offers is not in their menu. A button they may not use doesn’t show.
Candidates and visitors
They never see your list of job offers. Anyone with the link can open the public page of an active job offer and apply. See How candidates apply to a job offer.
Common questions
Who gets an e-mail when someone applies?
The followers of the job offer. A job offer without followers sends it to the Business owner and to every Member with Applications set to Write. You choose the followers in the job offer form.
Can a Member restore a deleted job offer?
