What a job offer is
A job offer describes a position: the job, the profile you are looking for, the salary and the place of work. It also says what candidates must send when they apply.
Open Job offers in the menu of Recruiting.
From a job offer to a hire
- You create the job offer. See Create a job offer.
- You make it Active. It then has a public page, where people can apply. See Publish and share a job offer.
- You share the link of this page, for example on job boards and social networks.
- People apply. Each application shows in Applications, and the person is added to your CV database.
- You move each application through your stages, up to the hire. See How applications work.
What you see in the list

- Created: the date the job offer was created.
- Applicants: the photos of the first people who applied, and how many more applied.

Common questions
Can a job offer stay without a public page?
Yes. A job offer that is not active has no public page. Nobody can apply to it, but you can still add people to it yourself. See Offer a job to someone in your CV database.
Can candidates see my list of job offers?
No. They only see the public page of each active job offer. See Who can see and change job offers.
Are job offers in every software?
No. They are part of Recruiting only.
