Make the job offer active
A job offer has a public page only while it is Active. To make it active:
- Open Job offers in the menu and click the job offer.
- At the top of the page, click Status and choose Active.
You can also click the actions button (⋮) at the end of its line in the list and choose Activate.
Copy the link
- On the job offer page, click Share.
- Click the copy button next to the Job offer url.
- Paste the link where you want candidates to find it: job boards, your website, an e-mail or a social network.
To see the page as candidates see it, click Open public page.
What the public page shows
The page shows your company’s name and logo, then the job offer: the job description, the required profile, the contract, the place of work and the salary, unless you keep it confidential. Candidates can choose the language of the page.
They apply with the Apply button. See How candidates apply to a job offer.
Stop receiving applications
Make the job offer inactive: click Status on the job offer page and choose Inactive. The public page closes and nobody can apply any more. The applications you received stay in Applications.
You can make it active again at any time. The link stays the same.

Can I change an active job offer?
Yes. Click Edit on the job offer page. The public page shows your changes as soon as you save.
