Search by name

  1. Open CV database in the menu.
  2. Click Search and type part of the person’s first or last name.

Capital letters, accents, hyphens and apostrophes don’t matter: “oneil” finds O’Neil.

Filter by skills or labels

  1. Click Show filters at the top of the list. Two filters show: Skills and Labels.
  2. Click a filter and tick one or more items.

With several items ticked, the list shows the people who have at least one of them. With both filters set, a person must match both.

To clear a filter, open it again and untick the items.

Show everyone with a label

Click a label in the Labels column. The list keeps only the people with this label, and the filters show so you can see it and clear it.

Sort the list

Click a column title to sort by it: the name, the Labels or Added on. Click again to reverse the order. The list starts with the people added most recently.

Choose the columns

Click Customize columns at the top of the list, then tick the columns to show. You can hide Skills, Labels and Added on.

Export the list

  1. Search or filter the list, if you want only some people.
  2. Click Export at the top right.
  3. Tick the columns to export and click Confirm.

You get a CSV file with every person who matches your search and filters, not only the ones on the page. Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets open it.

Common questions

Can I search by skill or by job title?

The search finds names only. To find people by skill, use the Skills filter.

Why is Export greyed out?

The list is empty: there is nobody to export.

How do I find the people of one import?

On the import page, click See them next to the import. The list shows only these people, with Show everyone to see everyone again. See Import CVs from a spreadsheet.
