Delete items from the trash for good
To remove an item permanently, open Trash, choose Delete for good in the item's actions and confirm. This can't be undone: the item and its attached files are erased.

Delete one item for good
- Open Trash in the menu.
- Click the actions button (⋮) at the end of the item’s line and choose Delete for good.
- Confirm with Yes, delete it!
Deleting for good can’t be undone. The item is erased together with what is attached to it, such as a document’s file. Nobody is notified.
Delete several items at once
A Business owner can delete many items in one go:
- Tick the box in front of each item, or the box at the top of the list to select every item on the page.
- Choose Delete for good in the bar that appears above the list.
- Confirm with Yes, delete it!

Who can delete items for good
A Business owner can delete any item. A Member can delete an item only where they are allowed to make changes, for example an invoice when they can edit invoices.
Common questions
Can I get back an item I deleted for good?
No. Once an item is deleted for good, it can’t be restored. If you might need it later, leave it in the trash instead.
Some items could not be deleted. Why?
Skileo deletes the others and leaves those items in the trash, with a message. Reload the page: someone may have restored or deleted them already. If they are still there, try again, or contact us.
