# See your Skileo calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar

In Calendar, click Subscribe and choose your calendar app. Your meetings, interviews, tasks and time off then appear there and stay up to date. Export downloads the events shown as a file.

## Subscribe in your calendar app

1. Open “Calendar” in the menu.
2. Click “Subscribe” at the top right.
3. Click Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Your calendar app opens and asks you to add the calendar.

For another calendar app, click “Copy” and paste the link where your app adds a calendar from an address, or from the internet.

Your calendar app then shows your Skileo events and updates them on its own. Calendar apps check for changes every few hours, so a change in Skileo can take some time to appear.

## What your calendar app shows

Only your own events, from 60 days ago to one year ahead:

- The events you are invited to, or that you created.
- The interviews you run.
- The tasks assigned to you.
- Your time off, except the rejected requests. A request that is waiting shows as not confirmed yet.
- The holidays of your workspace.

As a “Member”, you only get what your permissions let you see in Skileo today.

The calendar app can only show the events. To change one, open it in Skileo.

## Keep the link private

> **Good to know**
> Anyone who has the link sees these events. Don't share it.

If you shared the link by mistake, click “Make a new link”, then confirm. The old link stops working at once, and the calendar apps that use it stop updating. Then subscribe again with the new link.

The link also stops working when you no longer belong to the workspace.

## Export the events shown

Click “Export” at the top right. Skileo downloads the events shown on the screen as a calendar file (.ics), which most calendar apps can open.

The file has the period shown, and only the kinds of events whose buttons are on. It is a copy: it doesn't update when the events change.

## Common questions

### What is the difference between Subscribe and Export?

“Subscribe” keeps your calendar app up to date with your own events. “Export” downloads a copy of what you see on the screen, once.

### Why is the Export button greyed out?

There is no event to export in the period shown. Choose another period, or turn on more buttons under the toolbar.

### Do my colleagues' events appear in my calendar app?

Only the events you are invited to, or that you created. To see everyone's events, use “Calendar” in Skileo.
