# What a job offer page shows

A job offer page shows its status, applications, views and age, then three tabs: the job offer, the people who applied, and the CVs whose skills match.

## Open a job offer page

Open “Job offers” in the menu and click the title of a job offer.

## The top of the page

Under the title, one line sums up the job: its category, its seniority level and where the work takes place.

On the right:

- “Share”: the link to the public page, to copy and send. See [Publish and share a job offer](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/publish-and-share-a-job-offer).
- “Edit”: opens the job offer form.
- The actions button (**⋮**): “Preview” opens the public page of an active job offer, “Duplicate” makes a copy and “Delete” deletes it. See [Edit, copy or delete a job offer](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/edit-copy-or-delete-a-job-offer).

## The facts under the title

- “Status”: “Active” or “Inactive”. Click it to change it.
- “Applications”: how many people applied, and how many of them in the last seven days. Click it to open the “Applications” tab.
- “Views”: how many times the public page was opened.
- “Published”: how long ago the job offer was created. It turns orange when an active job offer is 90 days old or more: you may want to update it or close it.

## The tabs

### “Job offer”

The job at a glance: “Contract type”, “Seniority level”, “Salary”, “Where”, “Job category” and “Department”, then the equity and visa sponsorship when you set them. A value you didn't fill in reads “Not set”.

Then the “Job description”, the “Required profile” and the “Benefits”, and the “Application form” block: what candidates must send. Click “Show questions” to read your questions.

The last line gives the number of the job offer, its followers and the date of the last change.

### “Applications”

Everyone who applied to this job offer, the newest first: their photo, name and job title, the stage of their application and how long ago they applied. A recent application is marked “New” for a week.

Click a name to open the application. Click “Open in Applications” to see these applications in the “Applications” list, where you can filter and move them.

### “Matching CVs”

The people in your “CV database” whose skills match the “Required skills” of the job offer. Click a name to open their CV page. To invite one of them to apply, see [Offer a job to someone in your CV database](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/offer-a-position-to-a-candidate).

## Common questions

### Why is the Matching CVs tab empty?

The job offer has no required skills, or nobody in your CV database has them. Add required skills in the job offer form.

### Why don't I see the stage of each application?

You need permission to see applications. Without it, the tab only lists the names. See [Who can see and change job offers](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/who-can-see-job-offers).
