# What a CV page shows

A person's CV page shows who they are and how to reach them at the top, then key facts such as their best job offer match, and their CV, CV file, applications, documents and tasks in tabs.

## Open a CV page

Open “CV database” in the menu and click a person's name or photo.

## The top of the page

The top of the page works like a business card:

- the person's photo and name;
- their job title, where they live and their years of experience;
- their e-mail address, phone and links to their profiles, such as LinkedIn. Click the e-mail address to write to them, or the phone number to call them.

On the right:

- “Download CV” downloads their CV file, when there is one.
- “Edit CV” opens the CV form. See [Edit or delete a CV](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/edit-or-delete-a-cv).

## The facts under the name

- “Added”: when the person was added to your CV database.
- “Applications”: how many job offers they applied to or were added to. Click it to open the tab.
- “Availability”: whether they want to work remotely, move or travel, as they said in their own CV. It only shows when they answered.
- “Best match”: the job offer whose required skills fit them best, with a percentage. Click it to open the job offer. It only shows when there is a match.
- “Labels”: your team's labels for this person. Click them to change them. See [Add labels to CVs](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/label-cvs).

## The tabs

- “CV”: the CV, in this order: the presentation, experience, education, skills and languages, files, certificates, references and interests. A part with nothing in it is left out.
- “CV file”: the CV file, shown on the page. Use “Download” or “Full screen” at the top of the file. This tab only shows when there is a CV file.
- “Applications”: each job offer the person applied to, with its stage and date. Click one to open the application.
- “Documents” and “Tasks”: the documents and tasks linked to this person. These tabs only show when there are some.

## Personal details

“Personal details” sit at the bottom of the “CV” tab, closed. Click to open them: nationality, gender and date of birth.

They are kept apart on purpose. What someone can do should be read first, without who they are next to it.

## Common questions

### Why are the e-mail address and phone shown as `***`?

You don't have permission to see contact information. Ask the “Business owner” of your workspace for the “Contact information” permission.

### Why is the CV almost empty?

Experience, education, languages and the other parts come from the person's own CV. Someone you added yourself has only what you entered, until they join Skileo and fill in their CV. See [Add a person to your CV database](https://www.skileo.com/help/en/add-a-cv).

### How are the years of experience counted?

Skileo adds up the time of each job in the person's experience. Two jobs at the same time count once.
