# How your client accepts or rejects a quote

Your client opens the link in your e-mail and clicks Accept offer or Reject offer. When they accept, you and your team get an e-mail. After the expiration date, they can't answer online.

## What your client sees

Your client opens the link from your e-mail. They don't need an account. The page shows:

- your logo and your workspace's name,
- the quote, in the language you chose,
- “Download”, to save the quote as a PDF file,
- “Accept offer” and “Reject offer”,
- a language list, to read the page in another language.

## When your client answers

- “Accept offer”: the quote becomes “Accepted”. The “Business owner” and every “Member” of your workspace get an e-mail with a link to the quote.
- “Reject offer”: the quote becomes “Rejected”. Nobody gets an e-mail.

Your client answers once. The page then shows “Already accepted” or “Quote rejected”.

## When the quote has expired

After the “Expiration date”, the buttons are gone and the page says: “This quote has expired”. Your client can still read and download the quote.

To give your client more time, open the quote, change the “Expiration date” and save. The buttons come back.
